Ribbit Productions is dedicated to the performance of fast-paced,
cutting-edge theatre aimed at involving the youth of our generation.
Since 2000, the company has been performing across Canada and has earned
national acclaim with their hit Fringe Festival shows Bouncers, BoyGroove,
and Be A Man. Originally, Ribbit was put together by six former college
classmates interested in creating theatre that makes no apologies.
Since then however, The company has grown to include performers from
all over Canada and the UK. For such an independent theatre company,
Ribbit has enjoyed much success, including 6 Sterling Award nominations,
5 Best-of-Fest honours, and runner-up to the Just for Laughs award
at the 2002 Montreal Fringe. BoyGroove will mark Ribbits’ first
international tour.
